Returns & Exchanges policy
"Please read before you purchase an item"
- due to circumstances of change of mind on a item purchase, you are entitled to exchange or store credit to the same amount owned. Store credit will have no expiry.
- Refunds are not provided, unless the item is severely damaged provided by evidence. Once we have received the return item back and confirmed it meets with "Returns & Exchanges policy" the purchase price will be fully refunded excluding delivery charges.
- You must returned the item within 14 days of purchase to claim a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and kept in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Returns process
Returns may take up to 10-15 full business days from when you shipped the parcel. Once the item has been received it may take 1-3 business days to receive store credit, same as for refund. For exchange 14 full business days however international returns may take slightly longer requesting for an exchange. Not to worry we will keep you up to date through the entire process by email.
